Agent Registry
In previewThe Agent Registry is in preview. Features and behavior may change before general availability.
The Agent Registry lists every agent available to your Automations and workflows, so you know which agents exist and where they're used.
Types of agents
| Type | What it is |
|---|---|
| Built-in agents | Agents provided by OpsLevel, ready to use with no setup. |
| Agents from integrations | Agents from products you connect to OpsLevel, starting with Anthropic. They appear in the registry once the integration is connected. |
Built-in agents
| Agent | What it does |
|---|---|
| OpsLevel Prompting Agent | Handles prompt tasks, such as reviewing a ticket, triaging a finding, or planning a change. Returns a response; doesn't change code. |
| OpsLevel Coding Agent | Makes code changes across repositories and opens pull requests. |
Built-in agents can't be edited directly. To change how one behaves for a task, create an Automation that uses it, with your own instructions.
Add agents from an integration
- Go to Integrations and connect a supported product, such as Anthropic.
- Once connected, its agents appear in the Agent Registry.
- Choose one when you create or edit an Automation.
Use an agent
Agents do their work through Automations. To use an agent, choose it when you create or edit an Automation, then run that Automation on its own or as a step in a workflow.
Coming soon
- Agents from more platforms, including Amazon Bedrock AgentCore and Cursor
