Send campaign and level change notifications to your teams in Microsoft Teams

With the OpsLevel integration for Microsoft Teams, you can stay up-to-date on your team's campaigns and changes to the levels of components that your team owns.

Installing the integration

To set up the OpsLevel integration for Microsoft Teams, visit our Integrations tab and select “New Integration”, followed by Microsoft Teams. Note that if you don’t have any integrations, you’ll see the page below:

Click “+ Add Integration” on Microsoft Teams and you’ll see a modal with information about the installation:

If you have the required permissions, click on "Integrate with Microsoft Teams".

Once you authorize OpsLevel to access your Microsoft Teams tenant, you’ll be redirected to a page that looks like this:

After installing the OpsLevel App for Microsoft Teams, you’ll be able to send campaign reminders and level change notifications to the Microsoft Teams channels you've assigned to teams in OpsLevel.

Install the Microsoft Teams App

Once the integration is established, make sure that you've also installed OpsLevel's app for Teams into your Teams instance. The OpsLevel Microsoft Team's app can be found in the Microsoft AppStore

After selecting "Get it now" you will be prompted to add the application to your Microsoft Team's organization and select a channel to install the bot in.

In order to send OpsLevel notifications to a Teams channel, you must add the bot to each channel channels. You can do this from the channel mentioning the bot in a post with the handle @OpsLevel.
