Notifications

Admins are able to configure whether notifications are sent for their account.

Service level change notifications

To notify teams in Slack when their services change level:

1. Navigate to the Account page
2. Scroll to the Notifications section
3. Check the "Slack" checkbox

Note that you must have a valid Slack integration on your account to enable this feature.

Other notifications may come from Campaigns - these are configured for each Campaign at creation time but can be edited. For more details, see Campaign Reminders.
